We never planned to start Lume Collective Studio. We were simply trying to solve a problem in our own homes.
As sisters who have always loved beautiful interiors, we believed the best atmosphere always began with light. But every lamp we owned could only go where the power points were. The places we actually wanted light like a dining table, an outdoor setting, beside a bath or in the middle of a room, rarely had one. After searching for a better solution and hearing more than once from family and friends "Maybe you should start your own company," we decided to do exactly that. Founded in Australia by sisters Jacinta and Kelly, Lume Collective Studio was built on one simple belief: Every beautiful home begins with light.
Today, we curate timeless cordless, rechargeable lighting that gives people the freedom to create atmosphere wherever they choose. Designed to move effortlessly with modern living, our collection brings warmth, flexibility and beautiful light to the spaces where people gather, relax and make memories.
