Are Lume Collective Studio lights weatherproof or suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. All Lume Collective Studio lights are weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use including patios, balconies, alfresco dining areas, and gardens. They handle rain and splashes well. For extended longevity, we recommend bringing them inside during severe storms or extreme weather events.

Are brightness levels adjustable?

Yes. Our lights feature touch or dimmable controls, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your space and mood.

Do I need an electrician to set it up?

No — you don't need an electrician to set up Lume Collective Studio lights.

Our lights charge via USB-C using the included charging cable. 

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies by model and brightness level, but most lights provide between 12 –22 hours of illumination on a full charge.

How long does charging take?

Charging times vary by product.   The majority of lights will need about 4-6 hours to fully charge.   

Are your lights energy efficient?

Yes. All Lume Collective Studio lights use energy-efficient LED technology.

Do the lights work internationally?

Yes. USB-C charging makes our lights compatible worldwide.

What charging cable do Lume lights use?

All Lume Collective Studio lights charge via USB-C, using the cable included in the box. They are compatible with most standard USB-C chargers and power banks, making them easy to charge at home or on the go.

Can I charge Lume lights with a power bank?

Yes. Because they use USB-C charging, Lume lights can be charged with a compatible power bank, which is perfect for camping, markets, or travelling.

Are Lume lights safe to leave on overnight?

Yes. Our LED lights are energy-efficient and produce minimal heat, making them safe for overnight use in bedrooms and nurseries.

Will I receive order confirmation?

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Lume lights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Do you ship to all states and territories in Australia?

Yes. Lume Collective Studio ships Australia-wide, including to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT, and the Northern Territory.

How long does delivery take?

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Do your lights come with a warranty?

Yes. All Lume Collective Studio lights come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing faults.

What does the warranty not cover?

The Lume Collective Studio warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:

 

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading)

- Damage from extreme weather if outdoor lights are not brought inside

- Unauthorised modifications or repairs

- Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes

How do I make a warranty claim?
