Lume Collective Studio lights are designed for flexible, modern living. Our cordless, rechargeable lights move with you.  No wiring, no fixed power points. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to blend function and beauty, indoors and outdoors.

Are the lights waterproof?

Yes. Our lights are designed to transition seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. They are weather-resistant and suitable for rain and splashes; however, for longevity, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather.

Are brightness levels adjustable?

Yes. Our lights feature touch or dimmable controls, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your space and mood.

Do I need an electrician to set it up?

No — you don't need an electrician to set up Lume Collective Studio lights.

Our lights are fully cordless and rechargeable, so there’s no hardwiring, no tools, and no installation needed. Just charge your light and place it wherever you want — indoors or outdoors.

Is the light dimmable?

Yes. Lume Collective Studio lights feature touch or dimmable controls.

How do I charge my Lume light?

Our lights charge via USB-C using the included charging cable. 

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies by model and brightness level, but most lights provide between 8–20 hours of illumination on a full charge.

Are your lights energy efficient?

Yes. All Lume Collective Studio lights use energy-efficient LED technology.

Do the lights work internationally?

Yes. USB-C charging makes our lights compatible worldwide.

Yes. Your light arrives ready to use — simply charge it and enjoy.

Where do your products ship from?

Lume Collective Studio operates as a curated online store. Our products ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partners to reduce waste and keep our designs accessible.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout.

What is your returns policy?

 

We want you to love your Lume lights.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Email: support@lumecollectivestudio.com before sending anything back. Include your name, order number, photos and address.

 

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Do your lights come with a warranty?

Yes. All Lume Collective Studio lights come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing faults.

What does the warranty not cover?

The Lume Collective Studio warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:

 

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading)

- Damage from extreme weather if outdoor lights are not brought inside

- Unauthorised modifications or repairs

- Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim:

 

Email us at support@lumecollectivestudio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

If approved, we will either replace or refund the faulty product according to the warranty terms.

Most claims are resolved within 5–7 business days after submission.
